Warranty
All products come with a two year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. NEMALUX INC's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at NEMALUX INC's option, either the (a) repair or (b) replacement of the product, which is returned to NEMALUX INC freight prepaid with a copy of the original purchase receipt. If failure has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication, NEMALUX INC shall have no obligation to repair or replace. In no event shall NEMALUX INC be responsible for incidental or consequential damage caused by defects in its products, whether such damage occurs or is discovered before or after replacement or repair, and whether or not such damage is caused by the negligence of NEMALUX INC.
Nemalux Inc Return/Cancellation Policy
- 1. No Returns of opened or utilized products after 30 days without prior authorization from Nemalux Inc.
- 2. Unopened packages may be returned up to 60 days from the purchase date
- 3. Shipping charges are not refundable
- 4. Third Party sales are not returnable
- 5. Custom products/assemblies are not returnable
- 6. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee
- 7. Order cancellation subject to restocking fee and/or labor costs of work completed to date
