• Unopened packages may be returned up to 60 days from the purchase date.
• Prior authorization is required from Nemalux Inc. for the return of opened or utilized used products.
• All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
• Custom products/assemblies and third party sales are not returnable.
• Order cancellations are subject to restocking fees and/or labor costs of work completed to date.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
